The Nexus program fills a unique role in the community by providing service coordination services to those underserved, low-income, HIV+ individuals who experience barriers in obtaining, understanding and effectively using health insurance and health services.

You are welcome to make a monetary donation to VHO by cash or check at any time throughout the year. Checks should be made payable to VHO, Inc. and sent to PO Box 2411, Reston, VA 20195. Please include this form with your donation.

Matching Gifts

Many companies will match (either dollar-for-dollar or a certain percentage of) their employees’ contributions to non-profit organizations. Please check with your company’s human resources office and request a matching gift form. Simply complete the form and forward it to VHO (either with your contribution or shortly after making a gift online.) VHO will handle the rest!
